Child Trust relations and demoting the s

I’ve to server Server A is Parent and B is on Child Trust relation. Due to some error I re-installed the Domain A ( with same name and IP )but when I m trying to stablish child trust again with B. A Message displayed ” Domain not found” and ExternalTrust relations stablished automatically.
I m using W2K Advance Server.
