I haven’t answered all the replies or closed the “case of the missing file attachments” question because I haven’t had the time to put together all the replies with all the problems, and I want to answer each and every one individually and thoroughly. Some of the problems have been resolved, while others still require some research and testing.
I’ve mentioned that it’s difficult (at times) to convince other I.T. people that this problem may indeed fall into their realm of responsibility, but another thing I’ve learned with this experience is that other I.T. people just don’t return phone calls. (I also have to remember who Oscar, Felix, Tom and Jerry really are!)
I suggest you might be a little patient with me in answering this question. I assure you that most answers will be accepted and the points divided accordingly. As you know, points are worthless, but a note of thanks is priceless. In that regard, thank you for your time in helping with the email question, and have a few points as an appetizer.
