Hello, I was wondering how I delete CHKDISK it from ever running Check Disk when my PC is shut down incorrectly as I see no use in the program and have mad more problems than solutions using it. Any help is appriciated.

i think u can't delete the chkdisk file because it might corrupt your operating system ,operating systems comes with this file ,this is a system file.
whenever it checks the disk it has the option of exit in operating systems which has no exit options/cancel it gives some time before it starts to check disk at that time you can exit from this checking and continue.

Contrary to Scandisk in Windows 98 or ME, I have found Chkdsk in Win2K or XP is a very useful tool.
When Windows initiates Chkdsk repeatedly, it always indicated that Windows system files got damaged. This could be because of the HD failure (or close to it) or Windows just got corrupted.

My recommendation is not to disable Chkdsk but to backup data as much as you can and do a diagnostic test on the HD. Most HD manufacturers offer free utility programs.
