I have a Cisco 871W router and need to know if anyone has configured it for dual isp’s. I have a cable and DSL connection and both are ethernet handoffs and static Ip. I am looking to load balance between the ISPs and then if one fails then fail over to the other.
To me it would seem possible to use the wan port and then use one of the other ports. Or use the Wan port with sub interfaces.
I have looked at OER but it is not supported on this model.
Any input is appreciated.
