Cisco NETFLOW using Source interface with Secondary IP

Hi, we have 7 sites that is configured exactly the same way regarding Netflow. Of these 7 sites 4 is not working (i.e. they are exporting cache info on the router but the Netflow Server is not showing any data). The only similarity the 4 sites have which is different than the other 3 that is working is that they all have secondary IP configured on the interface Netflow uses as a source. See below.

!Other config Omitted
!
ip flow-export source FastEthernet0/0
!
interface FastEthernet0/0
description Link to LAN
ip address 172.25.121.1 255.255.255.0 secondary
ip address 172.25.124.10 255.255.255.0

I know Cisco secondary IP can give a various issues, anybody came across this before or have an Idea on how to resolve?
