I need to have my pix allow http and https traffic and use as the gateway for the VPN users. It is used only for a dial in device

I can VPN into my network and hit and computer connected but web traffic does not work. The client is set to use the default gateway of the client. I know it must be an ACL..... Any assistance would be appreciated.

You will need to add a command for

split-tunnel. Its not the best idea, it can create security holes on top of holes...
but, first create an acl allowing each of your vpn_dhcp addresses.

next enable split-tunnel on your vpngroup and give it the acl number as an argument. Should be all there is to it.
Though we are using the older vpngroup command instead of vpnd.
