I recently came to a new location after the previous administrator left for greener pastures, and looking through his switch configurations I found a 3750 with all of the GigaEthernet ports set as follows:
switchport access vlan750
switchport trunk native vlan750
This has confused me, and I don’t want to change anything until I know I’m not going to mess anything up. What command takes effect -access, or trunk. Also I notice that he has changed the native vlan from 1 to 750. It seems to be working ok as it is.
Can anyone advise me on this?
