I support users with laptops running XP SP2 and have recently started using Cisco VPN client version 4.0. The issue is no one can make a connection. The laptop will have a solid internet connection, but will be unable to connect to our network. I have tried ipsec over UDP and over TCP both with and without allowing local lan access and have had no success. I have even tried unchecking all of these choices and still no results. Will greatly appreciate some to help me solve this puzzle that I have.
