Cisco VPN Client

By dennisbv ·
I would like to know if it is possible for a remote user to use the Cisco VPN client to connect to work and still be able to access the internet from thier connection? Example: Remote user connects to Work to access Email and files, but user also needs to access the internet to access a Web site for parts information. Can this be done with the Cisco VPN client.

The VPN software does not provide Internet access. Instead, the software uses your existing Internet connection through your internet service provider (ISP) to create a VPN tunnel to work campus network.

Since you are already connected to the internet you will be able to browse internet through your service provider (ISP) and VPN client will create a tunnel for your work campus network.
