CIsco VPN does not work with my router Netgear MR814

I have downloaded the new firmware for netgear. When I try to vpn using cisco – the windows says i am connected to my work, but when I go open up mail – it hangs and times out.

I have tried this at work since they have an external router and i am able to vpn fine.

Does anyone know what I need to set in Netgear MR814 in order for my vpn to work?
