Cisco WS-SUP720 supervisor engine

I have a sup720 card and when I turn it on it will bootup to Rommon> How do I get back to normal
boot or how can I go back to Router?
In this case what can I do? Is there any command or
software recovery.
Please help, I'm about to go crazy!

Good day,

You are booting from Rommon> because you do not have a valid flash file archived in onboard flash or ATA disk. You can use the following steps. You should have a CD with the IOS. If you do not, please attain a valid CCO account to download the software to your laptop, please make the laptop a TFTP server us Kiwi Cat Tools.

The best way to do this is to find an existing Cisco Catalyst switch and save the current IOS to an expendable ATA flash drive, then transplant the ATA on all needed sup720 modules.

rommon>confreg 0x0
rommon>copy disk0: flash:(flash-filename)
After you succesfully download the the IOS from the ata flash drive to the onboard flash,
rommon>boot
