How do I configure a PIX 506E to block all Instant Messaging ports & protocols? I basically want to prevent users from being able to use ANY instant messaging client on their workstations. I would like to kill this at the firewall. Also, please understand that I am a novice when it comes to firewalls so details on how to config are critical.
