We have a Citrix client that fails to connect to a Citrix server at a specific address. It can connect to second server int eh same domain/farm that has an address that is one off from the other. It returns an error message that there are no terminal server licenses available. The server has lots of available licenses and no other computer is having this issue. We connect on basic TCP 1494 only and the port is not blocked. We have turned off the Windows firewall, scanned for viruses, defragged, uninstalled/reinstalled and still cannot connect.
