Citrix ICA Client Failure

I have one home user who can log into the Citrix NFuse Classic login screen and sees his published apps but when selecting any one of the apps receives the following error: "Cannot connect to the Citrix server: The socket is not already bound to an address". Only option is to click "OK". Same user can login at other remote PCs so it seems to be machine specific. Any help out there?

It has to be something to do with Security Settings or that option has previously been disabled by MS Firewall if SP 2 has been installed and been told not to ask again. If there is another Firewall installed the same probably applies as well so I would start by disabling any Firewalls installed and try then. If the problem persists you'll have to have a look in the main security options as there is something in there preventing the connection. It could be something as simple as not being able to download an .EXE file as just attempting to log into one of those stops the computer but it could be buried deeper as well it really depends on just what has been done to the computer previously but it has to be in the Security Settings so if disabling the firewall/s doesn't work set everything to minimum and work from there.

Actually ended up being a failure of the ICA client due to the latest MS Windows update...
