Re. Citrix license activation

The answer is below. I hope all works out for you.

1. How do I activate my CLA?
CLA holders can activate their CLA by following the steps below:
1. Go to the E-services main page of the Department's web portal ( http://www.tid.gov.hk/service/ie/jsp/IE_Gen_eService_e.jsp)
2. Click 'Log In' under 'Comprehensive Licence Account (CLA)' on the column on the left.
3. Enter the Login ID and password as shown in the approval letter issued by the Department, and the HKID Card Number or Passport Number of the 'Signatory' provided in the comprehensive licence application.
4. Press 'Login'
5. Enter the current password, new password and then confirm.

"Activate my Account Now!"

2. What functions are available in the CLA?
The web-based services provided in the CLA include the following:

* Print Comprehensive Import Licence (Textiles) and Comprehensive Export Licence (Textiles)
* View profile of CLA holder
* Change password

3. What should I do if I have forgotten the password?

In case a CLA holder has forgotten his/ her password, or has been denied access to his/ her account due to repeated login failures, the individual/ company/ registered business concerned has to notify the Department by filling in the Form. The completed form should be faxed to the Department at fax no. 2395-5602 before any re-setting of the password is possible.

4. Can I access the CLA without a valid comprehensive licence?

Only CLA holders with valid comprehensive licence can login to their CLA. A trader's CLA will cease to activate if he/she holds no active and valid comprehensive licence with the department.

Please post back if you have anymore problems or questions.
