A user used a Laptop everything was ok. The user could use his LOCAL printer.
His laptop had a crash, and now he is using a desktop. Now the problem starts. Citrix doesnt see the local printer when he prints a document with Word.(on a external place using HSDPA) when the desktop is on the company network using a cable he can use the local printer.
*The user uses the same drivers on his laptop(pcl5e).
*The pc is up to date.
The Policy’s are as follows:
-Client printers
–Auto creation: Enabled
–Print job routing Enabled
–Turn off client printer mapping.
Everything else is default.
Can somebody give me support?
