I have users connecting to a citrix metaframe server v1.8 through dial up modems and the Internet. The Modem users have no problems. The people who connect through the internet get disconnected every so often and recieve messages that the citrix server is unavaliable. My ISP manages the firewall, I have talked with the ISP about the problem and I am told their is no problem with the ISP connection or the firewall. I have talked with citrix about the problem and they tell me their is nothing wrong with my citrix server. Has anyone else come across this problem if so how did you solve it.
