Citrix Migration

I have only ONE NT4 TS running Citrix Metaframe 1.8. We wish to upgrade to Windows 2000 and Metaframe XP. Is it as easy as just upgrading the OS and then upgrading Metaframe? Please provide links to whitepapers if possible since I have not been ableto find info on a one server upgrade.
