Last year we created a new domain and we use Citrix for our external users to be able to run the hosted app. However, there is three users that even if they have domain admin rights, they are unable to print to their local default printer.
The way that I was able to fix/workaround was for me to create three new domain accounts. Those new accounts work fine. Is their a reason that this could have happened?
I would sure like to find out what cause this to ocurr and also learn how to solve this without having to keep creating new domain accounts. If you need more info., please let me know.
