Citrix, published application does not l

We have a 5 client license for Citrix Metaframe v1.8 running service pack 3. Clients are connecting through their web browser using ICA client software V6. No recent changes have been made to our Citrix server or network infrastructure but now someclients when they are at the published application page and click on a app. get no response.
Also some clients get an error message saying the Citix server is unavailable when they first log in but a simple reboot of the Citrix server takes care ofthat.
There is nothing in the server?s event log that would indicate a problem. I have had users uninstall the ICA client software, which includes deleting the Citrix folder and reinstall the latest version to no avail, also have upgraded there IEto IE6. No go so far. I have had users log on with the account of a user who is able to connect and still no joy. The users swear they have not made any changes to there computers other than the upgrade of Internet Explorer.
Any help would be muchappreciated.

On those that can not connect, have them lower their browsers security all the way down, both intranet and internet, then try connecting again. If that doesn't work, you may at least get an indication of what is wrong.

I should have mentioned that I allready decreased security on the client side browsers. Still get the same results. I admit I am stumped and I could find no help on the Citrix website pertaining to this problem. But again thank you for taking the time to help.

Have you tried restating the Program Neighborhood Service on the Citrix server? Can they log on now? If this fixes the problem than I would make a batch file that will start and stop the Neighborhood service above. I have mine setup to stop and start the service twice a day. No problems yet. Also on more than try setting up the clients to point to the ip of the server hosting the app. instead using the server name or automatic find server. Good Luck!

New development: I had a user who was unable to connect try again with Netscape navigator and he was successful so I think we can isolate the problem to IE although I am still not sure what it is in IE that is causing the problem.

I have decided to stop using the Infuse ICA client through the web browser there are just to many vairiables.
