Citrix XP with Netware Client

I need to install Novell client onto a Windows 2000 / Citrix XP server. MS, Citrix, and Novell all give the same method of installation. However, the client order must be Novell, then Microsoft. This only works when logging onto the console, but not from the thin clients. Does anyone know the real solution to this installation need?
