A simple solution is to use Net Meeting that comes with IE5. It allows users to interact with chat windows and application sharing.

I’m not positive but i have heard of a limit on the number of people in a netmeeting session. It is very good way to go though. If you are running in a Notes environment there is an app called Sametime that has some of the same functionality

I have used Intel’s LANSchool product and it works very well. There are several features that make it worthwhile including the ability to control the students computers to assist the student. You can get all the details and a test drive kit/working demo from the web at http://www.intel.com/network/products/lanschool.htm

We found NETOPs of DANWARE excellent and the price is also very reasonable. NETOPS could also be used for Remote Control of Users.
