I have an older HP P3 with a 996 Mhz Celeron processor and 512 MB of ram. It says im only using 13 of 37 GB available. I have comcast high speed internet via cable.
Aside from deleting cookies/history, defragging, keeping spyware and trojans clear, and using a cleaner/fixer program called System Suite 6, is there anything else i can do to speed this thing up a bit?
Also, do i need to clean and defrag the registry? If so, how often?
can anyone send me links for free spyware removal programs, aside from Spybot which i am currently using?
