Clear History

I seem to have some url history hidden somewhere, can anyone tell me where else its held and how to delete it? Here’s the scenario:

On a W2K machine (IE 5.0 I have cleared the history through the usual means (tools|clear history and delete files) and by manually deleting everything through the explorer window. Then when I drop down the address window it’s blank. But when I type in some addresses, they auto-fill. I like having the auto-fill feature on so I dont want to turn that off. I’ve also searched the registry for these addresses…i’m stumped. Any help? Thanks.
