Client Access can’t remember password
LockedFrom time to time we have received calls from our users asking us if there is a way of not having to type the password asked by Client Access to signon to our AS/400. This is the signon screen that appears the first time you use Client Access which asks the users if they want the PC to remember the appropriate password.
In some cases, and for no apparent reasons, the PC(Win95) seems to forget that initial password and presents this signon screen but without any option to “remember” it. We have tried re-installing and works as it supposed to be, but sometimes the “nuissance” re-appears.
Is there a fix or solution for this inconvenient? Where should we look for a solution?
