Client Access License question – migration from W2ksvr to W2k3svr

Hi,

We are looking to get shot of our old haggard windows 2000 server, and replace with a new server running windows 2003 standard r2. This will also be our new PDC. The old w2k server has 75 CALs associated with it. Can these licenses be used/ transferred to the new server, or do we have to pay bill more money?
