At work we run a Windows 2003 Small Business Server AD domain called (for example) abc.co.uk with forty CALs. We have recently aquired more users in a separate location, and I plan on migrating a Windows 2000 Server to the new location and creating a new domain called (again, for example) xyz.co.uk.
However – in the domain abc.co.uk there is a server (not the DC) that runs a business critical application. Users in the second location will use terminal services to access this application, and my question is this:
When using terminal services to access this server, will the users need a client access license from the abc.co.uk domain controller?
