Client PC can’t access e-mail in ICS

I have 2 PC’s running WinXP. I have Internet Connection Sharing running on the host. I have a Speedstream 5667 DSL modem (connected via USB), and the 2 PC’s are hooked up to a network via a simple hub. The DSL modem which connects via PPPoE is shared to facliitate ICS. The client PC cannot receive e-mail through Outlook XP.

Can anyone give me any tips on how the client can get e-mail.
