I am supporting a DOS application that is run from a Novell Netware 5 server. This application requires that I have a timeout setting of 30 seconds on all of the captured printer queues. When I installed the Client for NT/2000 v4.8 with SP3 applied I noticed that the timeout settings are disabled. In the properties of the client there is no longer a setting for the timeout setting and even if I add the capture statements to the login script the timeout settings on these Windows 2000 Pro clientsare ignored.
Is there a way to enable the timeout setting in the client and if there isn’t how do I get the statements in the login script to execute properly?
Novell has been no help.
