I have two small, but annoying problems. For about a week, I continually have had to adjust the time, and turn the language bar -in the taskbar- off each time I turn on my computer, only to have it reappear the next time after shutdown/ turn on. I am running windows XP home edition w/ sp2. I have an AMD Athalon 3.2 gig processor and 1 gig of ram.
Any ideas as to what is causing this? Part of my thinks it is the system battery on the mother board, but does that affect the toolbars in the taskbar also?
