Yep, I've done this with Ghost 6.0 and Ghost 6.5 both towards smaller and towards bigger partitions. Dunno what your problems are in detail, if you describe them we'd be able to offer more help...

To back up what Erik has already said, yes it is possible. I have done this with Ghost 6x many times before without trouble (even with ver 5.0e).
If you're having problems Ghosting, please send us details of any error messages you encounter and anyGhost switches you are using.

Your a little short on details, but there is no problem with the difference in hard drive size going from smaller to bigger. Some considerations, if your ghosting to another machine all the rest of the computer needs to be the same, ie... the network card/s, video type, monitor and so forth. You can still do it but you will have a big job deleting drivers and reloading the right ones. Kinda defeats the idea of ghosting. If your ghosting to the same machine, by putting your clone on tape or CD or zip. You'll have the Norton boot disk and it will be a snap to drop the 20gigger in and burn your image on to it. I have Norton 2001 ghosts of all my basic machine builds for quick recovery in addition to tape backup of user data. Hope this helps.
