We have done that...but we used drive image pro....we had problems with Ghost..I think you can download a demo from Power Quest.

Good Luck!

Did you setup the master and slave settings correctly? Try setting the HD being copied as the master. Bootup to dos and then run the ghost.exe. Make sure that when prompted you choose the correct source and destination drives. I've had no problems ghosting an NT machine.

Answer 2 states correctly, master / slave config must be right, also if it is a scsi controller in some cases you must set the driver.

I've been doing a lot of Norton 2001 ghosting lately. Add the second drive just as you would normally and set up up in disk admin so the system sees it and has a drive letter. Install Norton and make your boot floppy from the boot wizard. Boot your system up on the floppy and if disk to image doesn't fly (their touchy sometimes) go from partion to image and you should see in either case the drive you want to use as a home for your clone.

Ive had a couple of problems using Ghost 2001 and NT4, but not disk to disk.
My resolution was to revert back to Ghost 6 and use -NTIL -NTIC switches on the command line.

I just thought Id add my experience to the discussion.
