Cloud based Help Desk Ticket System

Hello guys:

I want to implement a cloud based help desk ticketing system in my 800+ staff company. Please can you help me out sorting them out. Any suggestion would be good.

This would probably be best posted as a question in Q&A...

Try reposting this in the 'Q&A' forum. The 'Discussion' forum is for matters of general

discussion, not specific problems in search of a solution. The 'Water Cooler' is for non-

there is some overlap between the forums, you'll find more of those members in 'Q&A' than in

'Discussions' or 'Water Cooler'.
