cmd.exe generating errors

Hi there,

We have a 2K Server in our organisation that is used for SNA file transfers via Host Integration server. During transfers it throws up the following error:

Description:
Application popup: cmd.exe – Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I have been digging around for info on this but have not found any anwers as yet. Is anyone out there familiar with this issue at all?
