CMOS checksum error problem

Dear people hello,
here is the problem i have. This is my system :
——————
System Information
——————
Operating System: Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2
System Manufacturer: AWARD_
System Model: AWRDACPI
BIOS: )Phoenix – Award WorkstationBIOS v6.00PG (SIS 648 FX-A)
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT
Memory: 1024MB RAM

The other day changing some settings in my BIOS i had black screen and no response when i tried to enter setup (del). I cleared the JP1 jumper, which resets my bios settings to defaults. After that everytime with my first boot, and only with my first boot, i have a checksum error message telling that a new cpu was detected and prompting me to press F1 to continue or DEL to enter setup. I ‘m changing some settings but when i turn off and boot again i have the same message and the date and time of my cmos is reseted.
I tried the following with no result:
1. Changed the cmos battery with a new one
2. Load Fail-Safe Defaults option
3. Load Optimized Defaults Option
Another thing that i noticed is that there is an option in my bios settings which is called :
Over Clock Function (enter)
When i press enter i can see the following options :
CPU frequency (200)
Over CPU Vcore function [normal]
Over DDR Vcc function [normal]
CPU:DRAM Frequency Ratio [SPD]
I think the value on CPU frequency, wich is 200 in my case is a bit strange. What do you think ? Do you think tha changing this value in 100 fo example will resolve my problems ? Do you have any suggestions for my problem.

Thank you in advance
