PC has Award BIOS, AMD 300 MHz processor, 32 MB SDRAM, 4GB hard disk, 24x CDROM, and is about 2 years old. Overnight and suddenly, the PC clock loses time. The CMOS battery was recently replaced which has not changed the oroblem.
