Hello:
I’m trying to make a backup of a shared folder on a network with Cobian and I got this error:
ERR 2014-08-13 16:49 Couldn’t copy the file “GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy2\Company\4 IT Files\2 Install\1 – Computer Drivers etc\QuickBooksPro2011.exe”: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error
ERR 2014-08-13 16:53 Couldn’t copy the file “GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy2\Company\4 IT Files\2 Install\1 – Computer Drivers etc\TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 2500C\NWFAX\WebInstaller.exe”: The system cannot find the file specified
Also after this error the shared folder which are also mapped in the local network are not accessible anymore.
Please any suggestion??
