Whenever I right-click on the desktop and then click on properties to adjust my resolution settings I get an error window that says: “CoCreateInstance Failed.” Underneath that error is another message that says: “Class not registered.” What is wrong? This all happened when I installed a new graphics card in an existing system. When I attempted to put the machine back to the way it was with the old card, I still got that same stupid error message.
