I want to make a small game, but I don’t know what the best coding language to use would be. I have some Ideas It’d just be good to know what would be good for this job.

That depends on the platform you want to run the game on. Android, iOS, Windows, xBox are different, to name an aspect. And it depends on the game, to some extent.

Go and study IT and after a few years, you’ll have a good idea. Maybe writing a simple game is part of the curriculum.

The best coding language is the one you know enough about to get the job done.

If you want to learn a text based language I would start with an easy one to learn maybe like Python. If you want to make a game a lot easier, try Unity. Although it isn’t necessarily a traditional coding language it makes game design a lot easier.

I think whatever language you want, but python might be your best bet for the easiest to use.
