Coldwell Banker Opens Vault to Proprietary Concierge Service Through Web

I’m curious to see what anybody thinks about a new web site launched by Coldwell Banker called Concierge Service (www.conciergeservice.comm). The company has taken its proprietary real estate data and made it free to anyone. Is this viable?
