Hi, I have a stupid question. We have an HP IIISi printer, and all computers printing to it have the same problem, that it does not collate multiple copies.
I have checked driver settings – there are no collating options in the printer driver. I have checked the printer’s front panel – there are no collating options on the front panel. I have printed from more than one program (Quark XPress and Microsoft Word)with the same problem from both. I’ve tried different computers – same problem. Every time I made sure “collate” was checked in the print dialog box, from each program.
I am out of ideas…can anyone else help? I put this same question on HP’s ITRC forum, and have not gotten an answer in two days. I also found nothing in their knowledgebase.
