This person is very intelligent & very technically able but the downside is he will abuse his intellectual position to make people feel stupid in front of others – in meetings.
He likes to perform for others (crows, rant & rave) about issues & makes sure every hear his views.
Likes to poke his nose in on every conversation & must express his views.
Must always have the last word – even to re-iterate other peoples ideas as if they were his.
Likes to talk over people.
He likes ‘stir the pot’ & watch it spin so he can save the world.
Unfortunately, because of his intellect & has a high capacity to do the job – the boss loves him & essentially his ‘right hand man’. Others are too scared to speak up.
The world would be joyous without this person has far as I am concern.
