Collect data from forms and reinject it into a member forum

Hi,
I’m developing my first website on WP and I’m looking for a kind soul who can either explain me or guide me where to find the proper content to achieve the following:

1. Gathering the data from a form (name + email + message of website visitor who fills the form)
2. Sharing just the message of the visitor (without mentioning its identity and email) to the members section of my website. I was thinking of a forum only accessible to members and I’m open to consider other solutions.
