hi i was looking in my system information and noticed i have a com1 problem code 12 and i have looked in the device manager and i dont seem to be useing com1 it is not in the device manager,yet it is in the problem devices in system information,it says this device is causing a resource conflict,to resolve conflict use the hardware conflict troubleshooter in help,but here is the problem that i cant work out is,it is not in the device manager and the troubleshooter tells you to look in there to resolve the problem so how can i fix this problem if its not there in the device manager.Any help would be greatful thank you
