Combine 2 networks to 1

Hello, i'm just wondering, how would i combine network B to connect to A, to one PC to access files for both location? so it can use both IPs from diffrent location? this is a LAN connection. Explain Please Thank You.

It is a bit more clear to me now.

You need a router to join the two networks on the WAN side of the router, and the PC plugged into the LAN side.

If we know more about your network topology, we can perhaps make specific suggestions as to what you can do with your current equipment.

But since I suggested moving the question from the Discussion forum, I've been hoping to find out what the desired end result really is, as well as what the two networks are, and whether they need to remain as they are or could the whole thing be re-networked or what.
