Combining 3 separate domains into a new forest but keep their individualiti

I have 3 separate companies that created a new holding company. I need to combine the domains into a new forest but keep their individualities. The forest is to allow seamless emailing between the 3 separate company domains and contain the parent OU

Is this doable if so how,
