This is in Excel 97, but I don’t think it matters too much. I have about 6000 phone numbers in an excel worksheet. This is 6000 rows, by 3 columns. One column for Area code, one for exchange, and one for number. I need to combine this into one column. (Obviously, I will still have 6000 rows.)
It is date from an old mainframe, so the number was broken into 3 fields.
