hi !!i had problems with my command (cmd.exe)and task manager.For cmd ,when i clicked on it , it said “another program is using it “(don’t let me use).For task manager i tried to open but nothing pop up .I had scan disk for system errors,run full scan for virus,rootkit and adware but nothing seem to work.Window xp sp2
