Command Line Fails

My command line fails when I launch it. It stays up for about 3 to 10 secones (it varies), then just goes away. I get one of the following event loggs after the fact:

Faulting application ypager.exe, version 5.5.0.1232, faulting module ypager.exe, version 5.5.0.1232, fault address 0x00002abc.

Faulting application startw.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module startw.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000654e.

Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?
