Command line Tools for scripting

I want to automate the following tasks using a simple script.

1) Setting Pagefile for C & D Drive(from Current settings to Specified Settings)

2) Renaming Computer Name
3) Renaming network properties like Interface “Local Area Network Connection” to a Specified Name ( for Eg: renaming it to “Backup Interface”)
4) Renaming Disk Drive Lable
5) Editing a particular Registry Key

am sure there should be some Command line Tools & Windows Res kit tools to perform these tasks.
i would appreaciate anyone giving all these info.
